Spell motes

The slider is a what-if, not your paid ranks

Spellbook dump tells us which spells you know. The mote slider on the Spell Database pretends each tier so you can read the scaled lines before you spend.

In chat: /outputfile spellbook. Copy the document (or upload the file — often UTF-16). You can also drop in client spells_us.txt. Class hint is optional. Levels of 255 are junk; anything under 255 is the spell level. Dump notes: export guide.

Open a row on the Spell Database and move the slider. Lines we can parse move: damage and heals up, mana and some cast / recast times down, duration when the spell has a duration bonus. Pets: +1 level per tier, capped at your level minus one. Summons follow the spell tier. Crowd-control level caps can move. Bards get a separate instrument (Singing) control.

A line we cannot parse stays at the base text. We would rather show the client string than invent a tick.

Helper and wiki names are for search. Tick counts are not. Fan pages still list Denon’s Disruptive Discord at 4 HP per tick. On this server the inspect is 8. Same rule as items — how we verify data.

Gear +N comes from the inventory dump. Spell motes do not. Confirm the in-game spell inspect before you spend. Worn mote math is on gear motes.

Unofficial fan writing. Not affiliated with Daybreak Game Company. Inspect in game before you camp or destroy anything over a ranking.
